Customer Development CRM
Our client is a media of the written / digital press in Catalan.
Within our expansion plan we are looking for a Customer Development CRM that will be part of the Marketing team with close contact with the BI / UX-UI teams, customer service and technology
It will report directly to the CMO.
Functions and responsibilities:
1. Define Client segments along with the Business Intelligence team
2. Define and implement satisfaction strategies for each segment *
3. Define retention strategies by segment *
4. Define and implement loyalty strategies (loyals and brand lovers) *
5. Data-driven: measure and report the results to the CMO as well as the proposal of actions for continuous improvement
*Experience in customer loyalty department
*Good knowledge of analytical tools and digital analysis
*Knowledge in SalesForce and experience in Marketing Automation tools (you will positively value having Hubspot experience)
*Experience in email marketing for loyalty and customer retention
*A good level of Catalan will be positively valued
Experience: 5 years in a similar position
