Digital Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to handle trusted client relationships and to independently manage digital marketing campaigns.
As a Digital Account Manager you manage digital campaigns and assist the team with pitching 360 marketing solutions to new prospects.
It’s a strategic role in which you provide outstanding client service and are able to help clients get better results, beyond digital performance.
You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their campaigns can exceed the targets set.
•Owning the end-customer relationship and carry primary quota and be responsible for hitting growth targets
•Balance the use of social, digital, phone and email tactics•Digital Project and Account Management•Digital proposal definition and creation•Digital marketing and sales forecasting•Creation of personalised Digital Marketing Plans with a focus on performance outcome and ROI•Digital Marketing assessment and opportunity spotting
•University degree•3-5 years experience of direct-response marketing•Experience with setting up and managing CPL / CPA targets in AdWords, Facebook and other digital platforms•Experience with PPC, Display, and Mobile advertising on various digital platforms•Ability to use data and insights to develop audience and media strategy•Expert knowledge of end to end digital marketing solutions• Inbound Marketing Strategies (Email, Social, Blogging, Content, SEO)
• Outbound Marketing Strategies (PPC, Email)
• BTL knowledge is a plus•Solution-oriented thinking for providing performance solutions for prospects and clients•Fluency in Spanish & English, both written and spoken, additional language is a plus
