Loyalty & CRM
Our client is a media of the written / digital press in Catalan.
Within our expansion plan we are looking for a Loyalty & CRM that will be part of the Marketing team with close contact with the BI / UX-UI teams, customer service and technology
It will report directly to the CMO.
Functions and responsibilities:
-Definit the customer loyalty and renewal strategy, as well as segmentation of customer targets to implement the different actions
-Definition and implementation of Custormer Loyalty strategies and programs for each segment with the support of the User Experience team and Customer Service
– Define retention strategies with the support of the Custormer Service team and the necessary actions to solve the defined objectives
-To submit and report the results to the CMO as well as the proposal of actions for continuous improvement
– Experience in client loyalty department, with good knowledge of analytical and digital analytical tools
-Convenience in SalesForce and experience in Marketing Automation tools
-Experience in email marketing for loyalty and retention of clients
