Our client, a leading multinational company in the leisure and entertainment sector, currently in the process of expansion, with several work centers throughout Spain, and more than 500 employees.
Within its expansion plan we are looking for a Business Strategy Analyst
The Business Strategy Analyst plays a vital role in partnering with the International MD to foster alignment among the entire team regarding strategic objectives. They are responsible for ensuring that all efforts are consistently delivering tangible, efficient, and effective outcomes in line with these objectives.
As a Business Strategy Analyst, you will actively contribute to the development of operational plans for the International Division. Additionally, you will collaborate on the presentation of pertinent information to the Group and play a key role in implementing critical projects within the organization. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all actions taken are in alignment with the strategic objectives established by the Team Management.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of business plans that align with the organization’s overall objectives.
- Participate in the initiation and execution of strategic plans, ensuring a clear path from strategy to implementation of initiatives. Facilitate effective communication and alignment among team members and departments. Occasionally assume the role of Project Leader.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for the Managing Director and the Management Team, identifying challenges, opportunities, service gaps, and recommending initiatives and policy amendments as needed. Engage with the Management Team to create Business Cases for specific projects.
- Serve as a liaison with various corporate departments within the Group in the UK, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular updates on the Division’s significant projects. Effectively communicate the status and progress of key strategic initiatives, ensuring understanding at all levels of the organization.
- Continuously monitor management information reports to identify issues, challenges, opportunities, and service gaps, and guide the executive management team in taking appropriate actions.
- Foster strong relationships with executive stakeholders, offering support and guidance in executing strategic decisions and defining inclusive procedures and practices.
- Monitor industry trends and report findings to senior management, highlighting their potential impact on the organization.
- Ensure all documentation and processes are fit for purpose and in support of the overall business objectives.
Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications:
- Excellent oral, written, presentational and communication skills, both in English and Spanish, to all levels of the business – both written & verbal, ability to formulate and present a plan, a business case and updates to multiple audiences. Used to work with and interpret financial information and KPIs and building business cases, budgets and forecasts.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player, while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
- Comfortable adapting to new scenarios and projects, displaying a proactive approach in defining strategies and plans.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Advisor or Business Consultant in a leading Consulting Firm or within the Transformation, Corporate, or Strategy Department of a multinational company

We offer:
- Full-time from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with flexible hours and telework of 100% after the onboarding period, and 2 or 3 days a month arranged in the offices.
