The Product Designer will be responsible for taking full ownership over the end-to-end design process (UX and UI) to deliver the best features on the application, and enhance the experience of the users.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Drive the design process of product features from end-to-end, including ideation, sketching, mockups, low- & high fidelity prototyping, user testing, interaction concepts and final UI design.
• Define research requirements and launch new products, ensuring product workflow and design meet customer needs and achieve product KPIs.
• Collaborate on product planning, prioritization, and product roadmapping.
• Partner and communicate effectively with Engineering to define problems & goals.
• Document patterns including rationale, usage guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate intuitive and user-friendly designs.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is required.
• +4 years of professional experience in a Product Design role.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Experience designing for web and mobile products, working with Agile Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
• Ability to own end-to-end design process from initial concept to final implementation.
• Deep understanding of building accesible and modular designs.
• Creative thinker and attention to detail.
• Solid organizational skills to meet deadlines on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
