The Acquisition Marketing Manager  is responsible for customer acquisition across all of the brand’s platforms. Working closely with the COO and the group’s central performance marketing team the successful candidate will build and execute plans and campaigns for the brand.

The role will focus heavily on optimising performance marketing channelsand to identify opportunities for tactical application of the Depthowl brand to drive increased customer acquisition for the group.

Furthermore, this position will also function as a hub combining expertise across product, UX and marketing teams internally to ensure an optimal onboarding experienceis in place to drive customer acquisition and ROI.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Responsible for execution of DO’s performance marketing plans and customer acquisition with a strong focus on mobile
  • Responsible for detailed campaign planning and reporting on performance, working towards agreed budgets and targets
  • Undertake rigorous pre and post initiative analysis in relation to campaign ROI and CPA with a strong focus on optimisation and learnings
  • Use data and ROI to drive all key decisions
  • Responsible for optimisation of creative messaging and landing page layout
  • Responsible for effective targeting and re-targeting of prospective customers
  • Day to day management of relationships with internal as well as external agencies and suppliers
  • Keeping up to date on the most recent developments in the digital advertising space
  • Constantly looking for new opportunities and challenging the status quo


  • +3 years experience in a digital marketing position within an online service industry, gambling experience being considered a strong advantage
  • Experience in working with programmatic media buying
  • Experience from optimising digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience from working with mobile acquisition campaigns and tracking technologies
  • Analytical skills, comfortable with numbers
  • A creative and innovative mind
  • A desire to challenge the status quo and to find new innovative solutions to both new and old problems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done
