Cloud Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to join projects in the airline industry.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical incidents and service requests
• Generate performance reports
• Develop and evolve infrastructure solutions
• Ensure compliance with change requirements
• Participate in agile dynamics (daily sessions, planning sessions, etc.)

Key Technologies:

You will primarily work with AWS (CloudFormation, EC2, RDS, ECS, VPC) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as CDK and/or CloudFormation. Experience with Azure and Terraform is also valued.

Strong proficiency in:

• Networking and security (VPC, IAM, Firewalls, DirectConnect, etc.)
• Languages: TypeScript/Node.js (primary) and Python (preferred)
• Microsoft environment: IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, and Git
